A 10-story occupied high-rise renovation updating the finishes in 101 units and corridors on all ten floors, as well as completing energy-efficient mechanical and electrical upgrades for the building. A significant portion of the MEP upgrades included electrifying the building, elevator modernization, and converting it from the City & County of Denver steam loop system to an electric system. The renovation also included the installation of 120 PTAC units, the addition of new stoves, and new flooring and finishes in all units. The scope of work also included new electrical distribution and transformers, upgrading fire life safety, upgrading restroom finishes and fixtures, a roof replacement, security upgrades, building corridor upgrades, and upgrading finishes to the lobby. Centerre also completed exterior upgrades to the building façade.
