Historic renovation of the occupied and functioning 137-year-old Denver Athletic Club that provided new coworking spaces for its members. The modern co-working spaces provides more networking opportunities and improve the work-life balance for DAC members. Centerre worked closely with the Denver Athletic Club and Semple Brown Design during pre-construction to repurpose the historic 2nd floor that includes custom millwork, high-end finishes, mechanical upgrades that included the addition of new air handlers, and lighting upgrades that created a warm and professional co-working, library and lounge spaces.
