The renovation of the 115,000 sf four-story University Physicians, Inc. The four-story steel frame building was completely gutted and remodeled with extensive asbestos abatement. Scope included a new five-story elevator and stairway addition on the east end of the building, replacement of all the existing electrical switch gear, new lighting controls, new HVAC system and controls, all new plumbing and reconfiguration of restroom groups, the entire mechanical and electrical system is now under direct digital control, new finishes throughout the building including a pharmacy, dozens of conference rooms, offices and patient examination rooms.

The CBS Building was equipped with state-of-the-art communications and electronics to make this a world-class facility and is currently in use by the 460th Medical Division Group from Buckley AFB where they provide care for their active duty staff.
