OVERVIEW

The project scope of work consists of a multi-phase site improvement and expansion, including additional site landscaping, patios, entry drive alignment, additional parking, and covered pedestrian walkway entry structure providing protected access from existing parking structure to existing office building, in preparation for future site expansion and development. The approximate coverage provided by new covered pedestrian walkway structure will be 2,450 square feet. The proposed covered walkway structure will consist entirely of steel, glazing and ACM panels sitting above new concrete foundation. The site improvement will focus on the removal of existing round-about drive, resulting in increased vehicular circulation through entry drive and improved access to expanded parking lot. Expanded parking lot will provide improved and direct access to existing structure with an additional 72 parking spaces, some of which include EV charging stations for electric powered vehicles. Patio additions provided at front and side entries of building, focus on new hardscape and added landscape to create a positive and interactive environment for building occupants. Entirety of site will be covered with lush new landscaping and treescapes providing shaded coverage along pedestrian pathways.
