Renovations to a 15-story high-rise apartment building including replacing all windows on the 15th floor, conversion of the penthouse into a fitness center, community laundry room, and yoga studio. New mechanical systems that include seven new rooftop units. Scope of work also include painting of all windows on the exterior of the high-rise.
